Experts around the world agree that we should eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables. However, the market is flooded with GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) fruits and vegetables, despite the fact that many different studies have shown that GMO products can seriously affect our overall health!

HOW SAFE ARE GMOS?

You should also know that genetically modified foods have been linked to toxic and allergic reactions, sick, sterile and dead livestock, and damage to virtually every organ studied in lab animals. Most developed nations do not consider GMOs to be safe. Note: in more than 60 countries around the world, including Australia, Japan and all of the countries in the European Union, there are significant restrictions or outright bans on the production and sale of GMOs.
Here’s what you need to know – first, you should know that fruits and vegetables that are grown in the usual way (with the injection of chemicals) are labeled with a code consisting of four digits. And Organic fruits and vegetables have a price tag with a code consisting of five digits, starting with the number 9. Genetically modified (GMO) fruits and vegetables have a price tag with a code consisting of five digits starting with the number 8!
Note: These tips are very important, as currently more than 80 percent of processed foods in the United States have been genetically modified. In many European countries, including Austria, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg and Italy, the production and sale of GMO products is banned.
