THE ONE DAY DIET – CLEANSE YOUR BODY AND LOSE WEIGHT!

If you have some extra pounds that you want to eliminate and you feel constantly depressed and exhausted, the following diet is the right thing for you.

One Day Diet Plan

-Morning

As soon as you wake up, drink some hot water with freshly squeezed lemon juice. This will boost the mood, raise the energy levels and stimulate the digestive tract.

Before breakfast, try some gentle and energizing yoga. Try this short three-minute yoga and wake up the body.

Eat a good breakfast, full of fiber, such as a fruit and vegetable smoothie.

-Afternoon

Break often, such as getting up from your desk and moving. Moreover, you can do some simple stretches and practice the 20-20-20 rule: Look away from your computer screen every 20 minutes at a spot 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

Don’t skip lunch, because you need to make through the day. For instance, eat some salad, and then go for 20-30 minute walk.

-Evening

Treat yourself by going to the sauna or getting a massage. This will relax you and relieve the tension.

Eat light dinner. Consume healthy dinner full of lean protein and fresh veggies.

Get enough quality sleep because this will promote the weight loss process and keep your body healthy. Hence, take a relaxing shower, avoid gadgets, and sleep at least 8 hours.

Almon Milk & Green Tea Detox Drink

Accompany this diet plan with an amazing detox drink. This beverage will clear the body of toxins, and promote the weight loss process. You should drink this detox drink during the whole day, every two hours.

Note: You shouldn’t keep the diet more than twice in one month. Also, avoid this diet if you have kidney disease, an allergy to milk and low pressure or gallbladder.

You will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of green tea
  • 5 liter almond milk (low fat)

Preparation and use:

Boil the milk and then, let it cool a bit. Then, add 2 tablespoons of green tea. Next, cover and let it stay for 20 minutes. After that time, strain the tea and drink it through the whole day. Every two hours drink one cup. Moreover, drink plenty of water throughout the day. This tea will reduce the appetite and you won’t feel hungry.

Note: Make sure you buy the green tea from the specialized store or health food store and don’t use tea in filter bags.
